We will be relentless in our pursuit of creating cultures that will eradicate racial prejudice and champion anti-discriminatory practice.
Our mission is to challenge racial bias and enhance the diversity within the organisations we work with through real conversations that actually address the real racial issues.
AboutFace will assist organisations to create platforms where people of colour can feel represented and encouraged to be upwardly mobile with the same equality lens as their white counterparts; free from racial bias.
AboutFace help forward thinking organisations to raise the representation of people of colour in senior management, through education and empowerment via our unique embRACE award training.

embRACE training and the embRACE Award is unique to anything else on the market because:
The traditional equality and diversity training is light touch and uninspiring. Often information led, one off sessions that tick a box for the organisation. This does little to deepening their knowledge or aid anti-racist practice.
We at AboutFace are not reactionary to social injustice fuelled by recent high profile racial unrest. Traditional equality and diversity training lead to a colour-blind approach to practice. AboutFace will address the anxiety about racism.
